My client, based near St Austell are looking for a team of 10 staff to work from their call centre in Par as Call Handlers/Call Centre Agents on their busy charity campaigns for The Salvation Army AND OTHER Charity campaigns throughout the Christmas and New Year periods.
The role involves answering calls to supporters to want to make a donation – answering inbound calls, reading from the script (Gift Aid, opt in/out mailing lists etc.) and processing the donation amount.
This would be starting this THURSDAY 18 NOVEMBER AT 10AM-6PM - The temp contract will be running to AT LEAST JANUARY 31ST 2022 -Where a rota each week will be worked out for you individually.
The rate per hour is £9.40 per hour and we pay weekly, you also accrue Holiday pay.
There will be 2 DAYS WILL BE TRAINING (PAID)- working from 10am-6pm - This Thursday 18th and Friday 19th November
The training through the company and what they do, call scripts etc, how the payment and phone systems work
The Call Centre is open from 8am – 10pm 7 days a week, so the shifts vary but tend to be 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm, 11am – 8pm, 2pm-10pm etc. or part time 12 – 6pm, 3/4/5pm – 9pm etc.
